Assessment

Great leaders are great learners. But this assessment is not a test — there are no right or wrong answers, and no one is grading you. It is a leadership mirror. Answer each statement based on what you are currently doing — not what your intentions are, or what you wish you were doing. The only way to get better is to first take honest stock of where you are.

You will rate each behavior on a scale of 1 to 7, based on how frequently you demonstrate it. A 1 means never. A 7 means always. No leader is a 1 in everything, and no leader is a 7 in everything.

This assessment captures where you are today — a single moment in time. As you grow, retake it. And when you're ready, invite others to rate you too.

To get started, click the ‘Begin’ button below or scroll down to enter your name and information. And, as you enter your information be sure to note the date — because every great leadership journey has a beginning. This is yours.
